Hi all,
Sooooo, resetting the service interval (km and day) counter on the Giulia.
Is this something an owner can do, or does it involve a trip to a dealer?
An internet search suggests dance improvisations using the accelerated pedal (some also involve the brake pedal).
Alas, so far they ain't doing the trick.
Cheers,
Marco

So I am assuming you've done a service yourself?

If so, resetting the service interval is one thing, but you also have to reset the adaptive parameters of the UniAir module oil quality monitoring system. For that you need the diagnostics.

Hi Bazzbazz,
The car was serviced by an independent mechanic.  They either forgot to do the reset or cannot.  I don't know but will ask.
Thanks for posting a reply.
