939 Spider soft top mechanic needed

My 939 spider soft top is playing up. When opening get stuck after about 2cm like too much friction or not enough power in the hydraulics. If i lift lightly on the drivers side corner it then opens ok. Changed the 4 gas struts about 5 years ago but I thought it needed a new flap motor so I changed it for an aftermarket one. Problem no better, in fact it now gets stuck halfway through closing cycle with error message. Don't know what to do now! Anyone know of a good Spider soft top whisperer mechanism in Brisbane?

You'll probably find that the hood is drooping and the back of the hood is getting caught on the roll bars. It's usually caused by one/both of of the small tensioning springs attached to the hood.
