Paint Restoration/Repair to Alfa Romeo Giulietta Veloce 2018

Any advice and point of contact for repair (ideally in close proximity to Melbourne CBD) would be appreciated.
The 'clear coat' has degraded, in parts, leaving the paint work exposed. Interestingly, it has only occurred on the ABS plastic panels, spoiler and door handles.
It was explained the car would require a full respray - C.$7000k. Am hoping this can be avoided.
