Spark Plugs

Hi All

I joined the club during December 2021 and the owner of 1975 - Alfa Spider. 2000.

I recently experienced a fouled spark plug.(One only) 

Can anyone advise what is the cause of the fouling and which plugs are suitable replacement?.

What is the gap for the spark plug and torque tension?
