Rear Outboard brake Conversion

For those who've done this ... Is there a rotor out there that fits nicely over the rear hubs?

I know it's not uncommon to use the front vented rotors but this would require some modification to the OD of hub,  plus some other bits.

Anyone found a rotor that just slots on?  Minimal work?
