Restore or (w)reck

1970 GTV

From what I have been told by the previous owner, I am the third owner of this car having bought it in March 2011. My plans were to restore it but since I bought it I picked up another GTV and am about to take posession of a 2600.

Consequently I don't have space nor financials to throw at a restoration project.

The car is intact, original and runs. It has rust in every panel except for the bonnet. The electricals are functional. The rust is a result of neglect by the previous owner who left the car parked in the elements  :(.

I am open to reasonable offers but will contemplate wrecking for spares for my real GTV if none are forthcoming.

Piccies below. PM me if you have any interest.

The rust is wide spread. Assume that restoration will involve replacement of all panels + floor and spare wheel well.

I dont know about the extent of rust to the chassis as I haven't inspected. Prospective purchasers should make their own assessment.

The car is located in Hawthorn East in Victoria.
