Looks like there was more photographer's than in car camera's at Sandown last weekend. Anyway here's a few from me.
A couple of laps with Joe Falcone in his new Twin Spark and Ross Flood in his GTV6

( As you can see Joe really does need those stiffer torsion bars if anybody has some laying about. It's kind of reminiscent of Sheldon's Alfa 90 before he stiffened it up)
Here's another one of things falling of race cars.
Some guy in a Honda S 2000 . At first i thought he had blown a tyre, He kept going so then thought his roof ( soft top) must have blown off . Turns out it was the inside wheel well liner that came out . He didn't even notice it , I sure did. The session got cancelled.

Where's the queue for that ride

They say a picture is worth a 1000 words. I'm sure Joe won't mine me posting this.

Thanks Chris Simpson for the image
Paul,
Thanks for the post.
Just trying to keep the ball rolling. A good run in my car. Sorry about the out lap, bad editing on my part.
Great shot chris and paul, just as well i cut out the inner guards, thanks
I have a little "dandenong rd moment" near the end.
This is how it is done with a hairdressers car and a stock 1.8 litre engine sporting about 80kw at the wheels.

We've been behind that red ute before, a little frustrating when he flies down the straights and then is a road block through the things we call corners.

I love the way my 75 TS leans over in the corners on the highway, makes things feel a bit dramatic - but she hangs on just fine. All modern cars seem to have that lean engineered out, I suppose it makes passengers more comfortable? Great to see on the track anyway...
Evan ,
If your into a bit of leaning this ought to really do it for you. Some early touring car "Driver & Car leaning unison"
( Sorry about the quality of the image , but if you look closely both driver's look like they are about to fall out the passenger window.)
