Just wondering if anyone knows if its possible to buy an aluminium replacement undertray for the 166 ?

Hello Charles, try posting on the 147-156-166 division, there are people there who know about that sort of thing, have a look on worldwide Ebay in the 'Alfa Romeo 166', or some of the UK Alfa specialists such as EB Spares or the Alfa Workshop, etc, Colin.
