Title: WTB GTV6 Intermittent Wiper Relay
Post by: Fylnn on April 22, 2012, 07:36:26 PM
I am after the intermittent wiper relay for a GTV6.  My old one took on water and fried the intermittent part of it.  Something to do with a hole rusted in the firewall.  Anyway I have tried to rebuild the intermittent function using a Jaycar timer kit, but that didn't work so well.  So before I give it another go, has anyone got one lying around they want to sell?

Photo is attached, it is marked as a Sipea 0413.  It has 6 pins for the connector block marked as:
S   +  31b

It looks like the same one of a Alfasud, about a million years ago i put a intermitten timer on my Passat, and it worked a treat, the trick was to connect it to the fast speed, overwise it would move a little bit and stop, much better than just having one dwell setting, if you don't get a result here try an older model Alfa wrecker, Colin.
