I use e_go.com.au (http://e_go.com.au) Great value, especially if you pick up from depot yourself.

I've always used e-go, never had any issues as stated above and very competative in price. I guess the secret may be in the packaging and how secure the delivery label is placed. I usually plaster the label on with tape and clear sleeves, to avoid water damage or tearing from other packages. Mind you, a cylnder head isn't exactly a paper weight??? That would have been a depressing 3 weeks for you  :(

I will see i Monza are kind enough to wrap it up before courier can pick it up, even tho they do not own the item.

I have used pack and send a number of times and they are great and not very expensive. If you go to their web site (google them) they will tell you the closest shop to Monza and most offices offer pick up and post/courier to a Pack and Send in Adelaide (you can pick up or have it sent to you). They are used to dealing with both smaller and larger items.

Good Luck
