This years theme for Spettacolo 2011 is for the Celebration of Open Top Motoring - Tourers and Spiders. We will again have a featured display of historic vehicles matching this theme and that should cover off the great cars produced over 101 years of the marque.
The Club is seeking expressions of interest for those members who would like to take part in the display. Of course we want as many examples of convertibles there as possible on the field lined up with similar vehicles. This year we expect just as many cars as last year - approx 250.
Looking for 105 spiders 2-4 so that covers 60's to the 90's. Who would have thought that the last rear wheel drive Alfa produced was a 105 Spider Series 4. I am sure there are a few series 3 and 4 cars out there ???
Do not think there is an ES90 RZ Zagato Spider about but see how we go - one may appear in the country as per the 8C ?
For vehicles relating to the modern era, we require fine examples of the 932 series (actually 916 spider) and the Brera Spider (939 Series) as well. This includes TS and V6 models.
Send a Forum Message to me with name, vehicle and contact details.
John

Well I have a 2001 Black V6 spider with red interior - it is for sale .... and it's in Sydney !!!!!!!
Great colour combination for the spider.
Well if it is still avalaible .... or the new owner is local .... or wants to go away for the Spettacolo weekend, we will love to see it on the field.
Cheers
P.S. put up a post on buy/sell/sway with a photos and a link to any sales site.
Hi John,
I have a 2004 3.2 V6 Spider,
Red with black interior. (It's been at the last two spettacolo's with the ALFAAA plates.)

Serge
Thanks Serge.
QuoteI have a 2004 3.2 V6 Spider,
The post 2003 Giugiaro design across the 916/932 range is very appealing.
Message me off line and give me your contact details for possible inclusion in the display.
