Title: Vanishing MCSF warning
Post by: AndrewK on July 16, 2011, 10:04:07 AM
Twice in the past week, my manual 147 TS has displayed the dreaded MCSF warning on start up from cold. I turn the engine off, then back on and the MCSF is gone and the car runs without a hitch. What is common to both occasions is that this happened after the car was taken on a longish trip, parked and then not started until the following (and very cold) morning. Any ideas as to what it might be?

maybe dying lambda sensors.... but just speculation until the codes get read.

Thanks wankski, I'll keep an eye on it until I get it checked out.
