Looking for an Alfa 33 1.7 IE engine.
Prefer engine in Sydney,but will consider interstate options.

Hi,

I have a 1.7 EI engine. Actually it has all been removed from the car for a sprint project that did not eventuate. I am in Tassie, so that may not suit. At any rate I have the dressed engine, box, computer, wiring loom, brakes, exhaust etc etc. Everything for a conversion into a sprint, or alternatively, everything to go into a 33.

The engine appears to have had a slight head gasket leak, as I noted some oil in the coolant when I removed it.

Is it a 16v 1.7 ie or an 8v 1.7 ie that is required?
