Title: Winton Times
Post by: Colin Byrne on August 13, 2007, 09:31:25 AM
Here is a very, very quick compilation spreadsheet of the times at winton yesterday (good chance of errors).  It was an awesome day, dry track and sunshine for most of the day, thanks to everyone that helped make the day happen and bring on the island.

Or check the results here

We got 5 timed runs plus practice for those who wanted them yesterday. This is a pretty good effort considering we had ( I think) 5 recoverys. Pretty much every time a car went off it got bogged. Bruno did an excellent job of this.  Stuart Thomson deserves thanks for coming up and spending all day helping after his car died (again). We missed Miss Wendy's efficiency in check in & running the timesheet, but Lacey & Stuart did a good job of filling in. We never needed to chase flag officials for their allotted duty which makes life a lot easier for those running the event. Thanks to all who helped.

So now ... onto Phillip Island

Hey Phil,  How was the car on Winton Long?  Time was pretty good.

PS Hey Neil, can we get the Grp S class better reflected in the results, ie a seperate section?
