Matt Francis has a 116 Alfetta engine for sale for a very reasonable $400 with a dyno report. All you need to do is change the sump and get the crank drilled. There are plenty of 105's running around with 116 engines.  105 engine's are getting a bit thin on the ground.

Heh, thanks Paul. Technically speaking it's a 1.8, but, as the dyno shows, it makes more power than most 2Ls anyway.

Its currently in my giulietta and has been in storage since the car was written off. The motor is good, I paid over $600 for it 6 months before hand from MIlano Spares. Came out of an 85 GTV before i transplanted it into my giulietta. $350 firm

That one on eBay would be good except it hasn't been run since it was built 6 years ago. They are unsure of what valves are in it, not sure if the head is milled. Bit of an expensive lottery ticket maybe?

I probably could get mine started again all i need to do is put in another ignition module and she'll fire up if you want to drive it.
