Title: GTV6 / 75 rear brake calipers are they interchangeable?

Are rear brake calipers from an early (84) GTV6 IDENTICAL with the late (90/91) 3 litre 75?
Therefore are they interchangeable?

Has anyone actually done this swap?

I note that the 75 has wear sensor pads whereas the GTV6 does not.
But this feature appears to be totally independent of the caliper design.
