Title: Alfas at the Tasman Revival Eastern Creek
Post by: w47ty on November 29, 2010, 10:07:43 PM
I dont know if anyone else has posted on this ( I have had a man look and not seen one ;) )

There was an awesome showing of Alfas at the Tasman Revival, Eastern Creek this weekend including amongst others; 1750 GTV's, Alfettas and for me the star of the Alfa show a 1935 8C! it was great seeing this beauty up close as well as hearing it thundering round the track.

There were also a great range of historic race cars covering many decades of racing including a Formula 1 Ferrari, Bugatti T35,  a plethora of Brabhams and the list goes on.

I am ashamed to say that despite being a good Alfisti and the 8C being present my favourite car of the day was a 1968 Ferrari Dino 246/T. The sound as it roared past the grandstand was enough to make the hairs on the back of your neck stand up.

I have attached some of the many pics I took. let me know if you want some more :)
