Title: Any surveyors architecs old guys that can help me with a conversion?

Need to convert the area of a block of land on title from one chain to an inch to square metres.

(Hoping it will be large enough to convert to a duplex site)

1 ch. = 792.001"
1" = 25.4 mm

Therefore; 1 ch. = (792.001 * 25.4) / 1000 m = 20.1168 m
