Title: My New Engine Being Delivered
Post by: Sheldon McIntosh on August 24, 2010, 11:10:12 PM
Hope to get it in the car before the dyno day this Saturday.  If this doesn't get me to 250km/h nothing will (unless dehne wants to sell his magic chip).

Hahah, brilliant.

I'm afraid you're going to have to graft on some kind of bonnet scoop very subtly to disguise the fact you're running this beast. And i wonder what class Neil Choi would put you in suppose you race at Sandown?

Hey Sheldon,

I got one of these that you can have, should make some more bhp.  Then if the boys at the corner shop asked "is it turbo-ed?", then you can say "yeah, maaate".

I should imagine if you fit that, then push the car off a cliff, it will hit 250kmh for sure!

p.s.  What spring rates will you be running......?

Hey Sheldon

I would think you will need to fit this exhaust too, it's a little bigger than the usual 3", hopefully there is still enough back pressure for some torque, should make some more bhp for a 250km/h run.
