Title: Trofeo Alfa 33 Racing
Post by: Frank Musco on July 22, 2010, 10:52:31 PM
Some race footage for all Alfa 33 fans. Looks like HQ racing, with a grid full of eager 33's, at Magione Autodrome, Perugia, Italy. After watching heaps of their incar footage, I'm going to have to bring out my 16V and have a play. Looks like heaps of fun with far too many highlights to mention.

No Sheldon, I watch 1 or 2, 10 minute vids a night, very painful, it works for 2 seconds and loads for 2 minutes.

Looked to me more like a lottery than a race.
With maybe 3/4 of the field driving way beyond their capability, the chances of finishing without major panel damage is slim at best.
I think I'll stick to rally. At least when the wannabe go fasts come to grief, they only take themselves out.

I bet bolt on panels are scarce where these guys come from.

... I also get the feeling they're all terribly good amateur or professional dancers ... those beautifully executed spins and pirouhettes!  :)
