Title: injector

hi,my 1999 156 selespeed  is running nice at 2000 plus revs but as soon as i let off the revs it drops to idle and then just dies it takes 6 or 7 turns to get started again i have noticed the injector warning light is on as anybody got an idea wot could be causing it? thanks for any assistance

yes i think its the air flow meter this happened to mine and that was the prob

only way to know is to take it to your alfa mechanic so he can check the fault codes with a tester. air flow meters are a common problem but it could be anything.

if you take it to a specialist that has a computer tell them you only want a diagnostic report of the faults as you will fix ur self should only cost 80-100 $$  you can buy the airflows on ebay reasonably cheap
