Title: Looking for chrome inserts for 1973 105 2000ltr steel rims - see photo

Does anyone know where I can pick up a set of chrome inserts for the outer rim of a set of steel 105 GTV rims. I think they just click into place ??

Photo attached of what I'm looking for
