Due to other priorities i am thinking of selling my 1980 Alfetta GTV 2litre.
But i am in no rush so will only part with it if the price is right.
A few notes -
- Red with original grey velour interior and newish black carpet.
- Standard block with PACE inlet and 10548 exhaust cam, PACE carby extensions and PACE headers with 2" stainless exhaust.
- Alfa 75 electronic ignition, original Dellorto 40s but with bigger jets, venturis.
- 1 x new fibreglass race seat and Autoechnica harness.
- Sport steering wheel.
- Currently sitting on Perfomance globe style wheels with used Dunlop D01J tyres.
- GTV6 Brembo aluminium front calipers and braided lines front & rear.
- Near new front seatbelts.
All original parts come with the car - drivers seat, bumpers, steering wheel, factory alloys (turbina style) with new tyres, so can easily be returned to "original" condition with minimal effort or further developed & logbooked as a Group Sc or club track day car.
Original but very good paint and a rare, excellent body with minimal rust (about 3 spots only - one on lower passenger door, one on each rear side window ledge).
I am only 2nd owner from new i believe.
Genuine offers above $5,000 considered. The car is to good to part so dont ask.
Comes with spares - gearbox/diff, new rear discs, radiator, original wheels with new tyres, original steering wheel and bumpers, 2 x sets of new shocks - 1 x Gabriel standard road set, 1 x Bistein B4 sports set, 2 x sets of 10548 cams, original front brake assemblies, new but cheap 2nd fibreglass race seat, plus other stuff that i cant recall just now.
Will post a few pics tonight and can take specific ones if asked. Most Perth members know of the car as do one or 2 Vic members.
Genuine sale but at a genuine price.

a couple of current pics from Feb 2010 added. Have plenty of pics of "original" car and can take any specific shots requested.
Well, "maybe" became "definitely" and within 2 hours of listing on eBay it was sold to an AROCA NSW/VRA member as a Group Sc project.
Very happy it is going to become what it was bought for and what i have always wanted to do with it (and the 2 other failed attempts).
Congrats Ed, good to hear it went quickly.. any plans for another one? ;)
not for a while, no.
I am hanging up my helmet at least semi permanently but i am looking for a 1968 105 series - Coupe or Giulia Super as a long termer.
