Hi,
The problem sounds like your booster is faulty and will need to be repaired or replaced.
These guys have Bonaldi kits and complete units if you want to do it yourself:-

I had a similar problem and took my boosters to a local (Sydney) brake specialist but the cost was very high. They just sent my boosters away for an overhaul and I handed over the money.

it's definately your booster. my best advice is to get a rebuild kit from eb spares in the uk ( cheapest alternative) then send it B.H.S.S in brisbane to get it overhauled. leave the rebuild up to experts as people have been known to stuff them up before and they do exactly what yours is doing afterwards. if you need any help give me a call during the day on 3256 1966. located in brisbane.
cheers, cameron.
