You might have to try overseas for this. ( Postage won't be much)

Try a new Locksmith. All the usual Locksmiths will have the early 105 key blank, they are the Bosch type and are nothing special. The later 2000 GTV early 70's with steering lock have a Fiat type key profile. Once again very common. Some will even have a cloverleaf.

For my 1970 105 I got blanks from a locksmith I found in the yellow pages, sorry I'm in Melbourne, won't be much help to you but the blanks are a Silca brand, very common brand.
The door Blank is an  AR7. The Ignition blank is an  SIP2. Compare them to your original keys first, as a lot of blanks look close.
