Just wanted to start a "My old cars" thread
Hi Luca,
Do you have any ALFA pictures?.
Cheers
Andrew
Nothing wrong with those two...Peugeots are nice cars.
I love the 205 GTI - its been on a list of possible 2nd cars for a while now. Your one looks like it was particularly nice.
nah guys maybe you've missed the point of the thread. you're supposed to post your old cars too....
have to teach 'em everything... ::)
I think i get the idea.....
Nice Peugeot's Luca! I want a 205Gti.
Here's my old Fiat.

Simon - Gold I had a mate who had one of them, it was mostly held together with cable ties!
Luke - I love those things mate. There's a young guy with one here in Melbourne and he's always with it in Lygon Street. Good to see the young generations getting into the classic cars.
Do I win an award for having the most bog? Note the bucket half full of lumps of bog, that was just taken from the rear panel, not from either of the rear guards!
Heh, not technically "mine," but i did buy it and "fix" it (it does 100 in second gear, only engages the front brakes when the pedal is pushed= siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiick standstills, but still has a handbrake for that motorkhana practice).
Gave it to a mate for his 18th. i challenge anyone to name a better 18th birthday present than a 200b datsun.
You can't see it but the bootlid was at least 25% bog ;D
One of my other cars - the Panzawagon ......
Someone has to love them :)
Chris
chris - that's a shitter
You should have seen it before I fixed it up ....... ;D
So Mat, what happens on 'Happy Clint Day' ?
Took me a while to work out what the hell you were on about. Probably should of seen that before i posted it. Too late now.
I believe (and i could be wrong, we were on about 10 beers each before we found that paint marker) that it was intended to be a reference of celebration to where Jimma was living 18 years ago.

So Mat, what happens on 'Happy Clint Day' ?
His mate turns into a cunning linguist and thanks him profusely for the great present .....

;)
Absolute crackup :D :D
Hey Matty how many boxes has that thing broken since 2008, is it a problem with the syncros ? ;D ;)
It's a long story, dating back to our original, group bought, less horsepowered, more floatable "box breaker" from schoolies. Here she is in her dying moments, a month or so after schoolies.
I destroyed a set of syncros, and Jimma (not to be confused with the raft-riding Jimmy, known to some of you), did a clutch. Rumour has it he was having a bit of trouble getting it in and out of gear.
Yeah, those were the days, of old faithful......had more power then the bimmer apparently ;)
I did drive around in this at work, does that count?
Jimmy: a completely unnecessary, unethical attempt to get the thread back on topic.
Hey Mick, whadya reckon we hijack this one as our "alfetta appreciation thread"?
The "Driftabout," 2008 ;D
That's the only sneaky one i got unfortunately. So Sandown it is! i actually bought this one, hangs on the wall in my room.
It wouldn't be an Alfetta if it wasn't blowing blue smoke :)
Sandown 25th May 2008. I was behind Matt I couldn't see where I was going
Blue smoke or not, that's the standard (1.8L) engine that's giving me 97hp at the wheels. While it's giving figures like that it can smoke all it wants ;D
Oh, and if i'm allowed to ask (or was it all secret?), what had you done to that Alfetta suspension wise Mick? Did you lower the watts link, change the front uprights and all that? I need to stop looking at those pictures, giving me ideas.
Awesome. I know what i want for Christmas now.
Put an end to this sort of carry on.
Look, its Sheldon! Oh no, wait a minute....
