Well here's a sentence I never imagined I would say.....I just bought a Giulia Super :o
woo hoo!!
fan bloody tastic i say!
what year and what condition? looks good in the pic.
what plans? a warmed up club drive car?
I must say these are growing on me day by day and maybe my best way of obtaining a 1968 Alfa ( my birth year).
'66
Condition is complete (pretty much) and running, but in need of resto. Plan is to get it on club reg and slooooowly do a rolling resto.
They have been growing on me for a while now (as have the Alfetta sedans), the plan was initially to buy a step nose coupe.....but this was just too good to pass by.
Nice one bud. These really are beautiful cars.
Probably make a good debate but I cannot think of an Alfa 4 door sedan with more character. Had one years ago but had to either get a monkey with an organ grinder, dark glasses and a white tin or sell it. You can guess the rest.
Been sorry ever since.. :'(
Congrats !
well....
tell us more !

Thanks all, I'm pretty stoked about it.
It was owned by a high school teacher and kept in dry storage for a dozen years, then he decided to restore it, gave it to the 'shop' class who pulled it apart then he moved o'seas and thats when it was bought by the previous owner who put it back together......then i bought it.
The first photo should give away who I bought it from. Many thanks must go to him, he was very patient with me while I tried to scrape the funds together!!

Are you kidding me, it took long enough to convince 'you know who' that I should buy this one!!
Phil,
Welcome to the real world of Alfisti. Remember, real Alfisti only drive sedans.
Now you will really find out how much fun real Alfas can be.
Don't tell everyone as they will all want to have this much fun too.
Barry
Sweet !! ;D and welcome to the world of Super ownership. I only wish mine had been in such good condition as yours when I bought it.
It looks like yours has a steering wheel of a Ti, unless that wheel was also available for Supers. My brother's 1300Ti had the same wheel originally. Enjoy. Dave
The car currently on ebay is actually a 75 Nuova Super, the later brother to Supers and Giulia Ti's and big brother to 1300 Ti's
