Title: Sud Sprint fuses and relay information needed.
Post by: Mike K on March 25, 2026, 03:47:12 PM
Hi, Does anyone have the position listing for Fuses and relays, I have Haynes manual but no listings in the circuits match what I have, I also have some other circuits but it's impossible to trace due to incorrect wire colours, There are 10 fuses with some having no connection. The relay holder has locations for 6 relays plus 1 for the high beam relay but there is only 3 relays used in positions A, C & D, and G is the high beam relay.
Car is a 1979 Alfa Sud Sprint 1.5 litre.
Any information would be appreciated.

Regards
Mike

There is an earlier Autodocs Alfasud manual available.
Lovely thing the Sprint, I had two (and two suds).  Would love another - but they're a bit too spendy these days

This is the manual.
(It's possibly going to be quicker to just get a multmeter, test lamp and simply trace it out)

Thanks for that info, it's the closest to what's in the car that I've seen, the Haynes manuals are way off and are of no use, and yes I was thinking the test lamp and multimeter will be my best hope.
BTW I Bought mine 1/2 completed but not missing too much, just had to respray, motor and G/box were rebuilt and I'm tuning it right now, but no rust from A pillar back, it was rust treated when new and still has the wax inside, guards were rusty but cut out with metal replaced so ok now.

Thanks
Mike
