Is that easy to replace?
Looks like it clips on to the radiator and should come out.

As I have now found out. Front bumper needs to come off, loosen bar in front of radiator, 8 bolts, loosen the 3 bolts below those that holding the front frame.
Then if you have removed fan from radiator. You pull the front frame forwards to get enough clearance to pull fan out. Hooray.
