Title: Opinions Wanted: Looking to jump into a 105
Post by: Ezy03 on November 10, 2025, 07:27:05 PM
Hi all - ive been looking around for a 105 step nose and found this one which looks good.

Note, i've seen more pictures of the paint condition, and it is in poor condition, bubbles everywhere and stress cracks on the paint. In my opinion it will require a respray (full body).

I was wondering what everyone's thoughts are and if possible, what they would typically think a decent price on it would be?

Best advice I ever received was to buy on body condition. Given the paint has existing blistering it would be prudent to get it inspected by a specialist familiar with 105 cars. You could easily have to spend $20K rectifying the paint on that car.
