Title: Newby in Sydney with a Giulietta
Post by: milar on April 16, 2025, 12:09:49 PM
I've finally become an Alfa male!  Picked up a ridiculously cheap 2013 Giulietta MultiAir 1.4T in great condition.  Such a great car to drive!

First order of business was to order a bundle of service parts (timing belt, water pump, cam lock kit, air filters, oil + filter, multiAir filter...) I plan to install myself so I can relax knowing it's all done!

I did the water pump, timing belt, multiair filter, oil filter, oil, new coolant reservoir and coolant over the weekend. Spark plugs still in the post, but they will be done soon enough.  Now I can get on with the fun part!

Milar, It's great that you were aware of the Multiair filter, many people never change or clean it.  I would also recommend cleaning the banjo bolt oil feed line head into the turbo.
