Title: Replacing brake master cylinder 2lt 83 gtv

How to drain non main reservoir, cap above main one, how do I drain other one.then remove it so can replace master cylinder
Does the tank wiggle off? Thankyou all in advance ..Drew

Yes the reservoir just pushes in, one nipple per circuit. Don't twist it too much, just gently lever it upwards.
You can leave the reservoir in place while you remove the m/c and tip out the remaining fluid afterwards, or disconnect the rear hardline and pump the brakes a few times to drain it.
