Title: Rear Shock Absorber missing something? 2003 147 Ti
Post by: Yande on August 23, 2024, 08:46:27 PM
I'm about to install a new set of Springs on my 2003 147 Ti.  Doing a pre work check this afternoon I noticed something different on the rear shock set up.  When I take it to my mechanic I don't want to get half way through the job only to discover I need to go find another part.  Can anyone explain what has gone on here, is it the bump stop (Orange one left has some cracks) that is missing and if so, are they relatively easy to obtain, generic?  I've had the car just over a year and there are no obvious symptoms of anything wrong, just upgrading the Springs. Any explanations would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
