Title: QV brakes cost
Post by: eazy_71 on August 15, 2024, 07:40:55 PM
Unfortunately the (steel) brakes on my QV are at their wear limit and I need new rotors and pads.  The cost of the OEM parts is borderline criminal!! Rotors are close to $3000 (yes three thousand) per axle and pads are about $400 per pair.  Total cost of $7k before labour...I understand that high performance cars cost money but the cost is insane!!

I've looked to try to find aftermarket options in Australia without success.  Has anyone found another option?!

They normally have OE Brembo rotors in stock, but seem to only have Original Alfa (FCA) currently.  Maybe give them a ring.  Others vendors available, including locally check the club page sponsors

Give Arese Spares in Sydney or Italian Automotive Spares in Melbourne a call, their prices may surprise you.
