Title: Colour combination for GTV 2000 1973
Post by: bcurtis on February 16, 2024, 05:05:25 PM
I am restoring a 1973 GTV 2000. It is currently plum exterior with black/tan interior. My partner in this project's wife had an identical car in the late 70's. For emotional reasons we will match her car's  colours with the restored car:  Cornflower blue exterior and tan interior. Can someone point me to the place where I can track these colours down......reference numbers etc?  Thank You

Welcome to the forum ....

Here is a link to the AlfaBB that has a bit about colours, trim etc.

I've never heard of 'cornflower blue' as an Alfa colour (Alfa had a number of blue tints during the 70's).

I think it may be Le Mans Blue you are talking about. I've included a pic below.

Cheers.

AR348 = Le Mans Blue.  Only ever delivered with brown (Cinghiale) skai vinyl interior (see https://classicalfa.com/in033-full-set-seat-covers-2000-gtv-gt-junior-1972-77-brown/).
