Title: 156 GTA horn removal and reassembly
Post by: Dr Alfa on January 07, 2024, 11:23:55 PM
I removed the horn/airbag to swap out the volume buttons for some new ones which worked great. Quick question though - are there any tips to tightening back up the horn/airbag unit? Too tight and it sticks down so the horn won't depress. So I've loosened it but now it seems to sit too high. Is there anyway to know when you've returned it to the exact right position?

You most likely have not placed the wires/components under the airbag in the correct positions, causing the airbag to bottom out on something.

Placement and positioning is quite important.

Thanks for the tip. Played around with it and all back to normal now.
