Title: Cause of Sud low speed dive train shunt back and forth???
Post by: blazingsud on October 26, 2023, 08:46:53 PM
Greetings
Managed too add another sud to the stable, a 74 4dr. ;D
Drove it down from NSW to Vic and one issue not reported was a low speed drive shunt.
Lifting on and off it feels like the whole drive train is moving.

I am guessing one of the engine mounts or gearbox mount will be the main cause, but being lazy and asking for past experinces from others!

it will take awhile to get it on the hoist to look see. The 159 is still there....

Other than that its reasonable , which really means needs a lot of work rather than a shit load of work.
