Post by: kartone on January 25, 2022, 12:47:19 PM
I've attended quite a few EMR with my Alfetta GTV, who should i contact within the club to get copies of the itineraries?

No one knows? Should I for example ask the 116 Series secretary?

Early Morning Run.  How the club's Sunday morning runs started years back.

I thought the most obvious place to look is in the calendar, see link on the Home Page.

Thanks for the input to date.
I am looking for the route notes that are handed-out at the beginning of each Early Morning Run to direct you from destination A to destination B with partial and aggregate odometer readings.

You may have answered your own question.  Hard copy route notes are only made available and handed out to those attending at the beginning of the Sunday run - typically 10 - 15 minutes prior to kick off.
You would need to formally approach / email the coordinator of a particular run for soft copy of the route notes.   The event coordinator contact details are listed on the Calendar entry for that event.

Colin, the notes are not archived by the club for use by other Alfa Series?

No.
Route notes typically remain the property of the author / event organiser.
Given the fluid nature of the roads and venues, route notes are a bit of a work in progress!!
