Title: Gearbox shift fork repair in Melbourne ?
Post by: Smaan on January 12, 2022, 10:18:06 PM
Has anyone had to braze and machine the shift forks in their gearboxes ?  If so, can you recommend anyone in Melbourne ?

I have approx 1mm clearance.  Not enough to jump out of gear, but I thought I'd prefer to bring it back into spec while the box is apart getting new synchros and a re-seal....

Thank you

Classic Alfa (UK) has reproductions for the 105 series boxes, OE are around also.
Might be worth a call to ask about your version (if you haven't already)
