Hi
I'm currently overhauling the gearbox in my 75. I've found that the shim (on the pinion shaft, that determines the pinion/crown ring alignment) has a little bit of wear. Ideally, I replace the shim with a new one.
It's uncertain what the original thickness was, but it's currently 1.72mm, and there was no gear whine.
I am after a shim that's 1.75mm (or 1.80mm) thick.
These are factory part numbers 60521200 and 60521201, respectively. If anyone has a new one to sell, or knows who does, I'm interested in purchasing. Please PM me any details. Postage will be required.
