Title: Flat spot in rev range 3.2 manual Brera
Post by: Mark Carlton on December 06, 2020, 05:05:15 PM
Manual 3.2 2007 Brera experiencing flat spots above approx 4500 - 5000rpm in all gears except first. If this was an air flow meter issue wouldn't it happen in all gears...looking for ideas??

Easy to check, disconnect MAF and take it for a drive and see if the flat spot disappears, if it does it is most likely the MAF.

Yeah I'll try that. Assuming it's the maf which it probably is, what's the best way to clean it or if it needs a new one where is the best place to get a good replacement?
