Does anyone have any experiences, good or bad, with the EB Spares stainless steel exhaust system for the GTV6? Also noticed the middle section is available with or without silencer.
I'm looking into the complete system from headers to tailpipe as part of the 3lt V6 conversion in my '82 GTV.
I got the CSC headers from EB about 8 years ago - I think. Half the price of getting the same item from the USA. Delivered to my door within 5 days of paying - doesn't get much better than that. I had an exhaust shop then fit them and fab up a new middle section as the old was fubar. It had 2 hotdog resonators (1 each side) but a few years ago I went to another exhaust shop and got the hotdogs out and replaced by straight pipe. The only muffler I have is the rear (unknown aftermarket). Moral of the story - CSC headers and straight through section is my solid recommendation. You won't be sorry - it will put a smile on your face everytime you hit the loud pedal.
But if you are after subtle - this is not for you - but then I think the GTV6 deserves some attention! :)
I have the CSC Sport centre and rear in mine. I have different headers because the car has a 3.2 24 valve engine in it. I have had that exhaust on it for 7 years now and it is great.

Mine or the original poster?
All the feedback I've been able to get has been positive so seems a no brainer. Though Hugh at Monza Motors (they'll be doing the conversion) advised to stay with a silencer for the middle section to avoid a lot of droning.
Thanks for your input guys. Next question is motronic related, I'l post that in a separate thread.
Hey Rowan - how about we keep everyone happy and we get pics/sound clips of yours and the OP's :)
