I have a 1982 Alfa Sprint that I am looking to sell (regretfully!) and thought that maybe your network of members would be a good place to start. I am the second owner of this car which I purchased in 1992. Since then I have rarely driven it and it has spent much of it's recent life under a cover at my parents house in Adelaide. My parents recently relocated to Alice Springs (where I am) so I had to make the decision whether to keep the car or find it a good home. It has original paint, Zender body kit, simmons wheels, stainless steel exhaust, all alfa engine components and only 80-something-k kms on clock. Condition is EXCELLENT throughout. I am very fond of this car but having lived in Alice for the last 11 years, am unable to do it justice. Don't want to put a price on it, will field all genuine enquiries and offers. Please see attached pics.
Hey guys, losts of views but no comments....would appreciated any advice/comments on what this car may be worth or even what you think of it. Thanks
Having been a fan of sprints for some time and a previous owner of one, your's looks terrific quite rare with a full Zender kit. Those wheels look great!
Value - always the challenge as it is only worth what someone is prepared to pay for it on the day. Probably $3-6k???
might i suggest you also get it into the SA club mag "classifieds" for local reaction.
Not that this isint a fast car nwo but you can sure play around with these things and make an awesome lightweight track car. If anyone is looking for inspiration Just look at Brad's "Mongrel" sprint (yes i said Brad's not my old:)), Frank's "Green" Machine, and Bob Whitehouses "Stealth" sprints.
very nice car indeed, good luck with the sale, hopefully it goes to someone who will keep it as is, and doesnt turn it into a racer, cars in this condition are becoming very rare!

That sentance is probably the only time your old car will come before those other weapons...
... and yes that is a very fine looking sprint, if only those financial dudes in the US hadn't shafted the rest of us (and I had more garage space).
