Will a 75 dedion fit in a giulietta gearbox crossmember or is the 75 crossmember also required for this conversion (to 75 hubs)

All same.  I believe, but I am a backyard hack.  I have done similar.

It will not fit.

The front bush is a different thickness. You'll need the crossmember from the 75.
