Title: GTV window regulator - same as sedan?

Are the front window regulators in a chrome bumper GTV interchangeable with either the front or rear from a 2L Alfetta sedan? They do look awful similar in the photos I've seen.

I'll hazard a guess that they are just as much of a b...ard to change.
