Title: Alfetta GTV Spark Plug Recommendation

Hi, I need to replace the plugs in my 1977 4cyl GTV, engine is standard with mileage on the high side. Welcome thoughts about best spark plugs for this engine / model.

I was always advised to use NGK b7es
not the BP
as if the car has high lift cams it can touch
