Title: Alfetta GTV half roll gage
Post by: camwright on August 20, 2008, 07:27:17 PM
I am currently considering fitting a half cage to my alfetta gtv. Does anyone know of a second hand cage that would be for sale? If not i would really appreciate some info on approximate costs on having one made and where is best (cheapest) to get this done. i am located in brisbane but could organise transport. cheers, cameron.

Brian Canny  in Ballarat had one for sale a while ago. The details are in the club ads on this site from late last year (Dec 2007). I don't know if he has sold it yet.

i'm pretty sure that cage is long gone. I'd try Bonds rollbars in sydney, my guess is half cage supplied would be around $550 or so...

cheers/martin

Where you after a bolt in only, or consider a weld in??? I'm in melbourne and i think ours are around the $1000 - $1200 mark, but also depends on specific's. If i can help or just answer a few question feel free to give me a call. (Meridian Motorsport-03 9553 4200(Andrew)) or see us at www.mmsport.com.au The Pic is of the cage in my car, but was made 6 or so years ago. Things have come a fair way since then...(can i be bothered replacing my cage though?)
