Title: Weber Carb Identification
Post by: Beatle on October 15, 2016, 11:41:30 AM
Hi all,
An acquaintance has a couple of Weber 40DCOE carbs and would like to know age, model fitment etc etc.   He says he has googled to no avail, except that they seem to be Alfa standard fit.  Can anyone shed any more light?
The first one has 40DCOE72,
second has 40DCOE73
both have the no. 3L 06.
They are both Italian made.

Cheers in advance

As I have seen on a few original Alfas,,they came off an Alfetta GT 1.8,, 1976 model Coupe.= DCOE 72 and DCOE 73.
