Post by: tutto on November 30, 2015, 07:22:27 AM
Now sold on Carsales for the asking price; lots of interest.
Thanks

Hi,
I have just purchased a Giulietta QV and need to find a new home for my beloved Alfa: a 2004 Alfa GTV 3.2, black on black, 6 speed manual - one of the last delivered to Australia. It has travelled 78,882km; I am the third owner. Manual, log book, 4 keys and service receipts from the date it was purchased.
In addition to a new engine put in by the previous owner at 63,000km he had the car serviced with an Alfa specialist in Melbourne and I have a list of the significant parts that he replaced up to me purchasing the car in November 2013, including new discs, alternator and brake pads.
I had the car freighted to WA, where I use to live and spent over $5K on various items at the best mechanic to look after old Alfas in Perth: cam belt, new shocks all around, rebuilt rear suspension. oil leaks fixed, new hydraulic pump for the boot, new windscreen washer mechanism, new wipers etc, I have receipts for everything .
6months ago, we moved to Victoria in April of this year when it was re-registered. It is in great condition for an 11 year old car: a few minor paintwork blemishes/ scratches and fraying/ small tear of the cloth covering on one of the stereo speakers. I drive it at weekends on open roads. Asking price $13,500

If I am not mistaken the previous owner was an architect
I had a look at it around 2013 - lovely car, the QV must be good to take its place!
