Hi all

Just got my 147 few days ago, and I don't know if I'm in the right section but what the hell is this circle attached to my dash, with a wire attached that goes into my cigarette port and has a USB port attached on it?

I'm not quite sure what it is but my 147 doesn't have that. Maybe an aftermarket item? :o
